Basic Cleaning Procedures
- All vent covers (grills) are removed and cleaned and reinstalled after the duct cleaning is completed.
- Fan is removed from unit, washed, and cleaned (fan, fan housing and fan blades).
- The interior of the air handler is cleaned (interior walls/doors and panels).
- Clean evaporator coil in place (if accessible) & recommendations are made.
- All supply and return ductwork is cleaned using truck-mounted vacuums, brushes and air sweep system.
- All supply, return ductwork is disinfected as well as the air handler and vent covers.
