When seeing the advertisement for ABC Cleaning, some may think they just do basic work and are listed that way, (ABC), just to be seen first in the advertising market. NOT true. ABC goes BACK to the basics of home health! They were responsive, friendly and timely. Kevin, our estimator, showed up when he was supposed to and called prior to his arrival as had been promised. That alone puts this company head and shoulders above the competition. Also, Kevin has many yrs with ABC and explained everything so we could understand the work to be performed. Our service techs, Tony and Devon, couldn't have been more professional. Even better, it was obvious by observing them work, that they genuinely liked their job and each other. They cleaned our air ducts (showed us before and after pics. WOW!!! What a difference), cleaned our dryer vent, and also did a beautiful job on our chimney(same WOW for this difference too!!!). It goes without saying that the friendliness of the office personnel, the timeliness of Kevin, the estimator, and the efficiency, thoroughness and the camaraderie of Tony and Devon, that our highest recommendation go to ABC Cleaning, Inc.Great company and even better people!!!
This review is a little late, but it's still on my mind over a year later to complete because of the fantastic work and results! Tony and Joel were here to clean the ducts in my house and they were so amazing! They were super friendly and even acknowledged my kids curiosity with what they were doing by showing them their cool truck and explaining what they were doing. My AC system has worked like a whole new unit since they've been here and I no longer get the black dust marks on my ceiling. I HIGHLY recommend this company because of their stellar work and friendly technicians. These two gentleman deserve recognition!
We had Kevin Casey come to our house today and clean our dryer vent. To say we had anything less than stellar service would be a lie. He was very thorough and even discovered a mistake our roofers made when they installed the new vent hood. We highly recommend this company and will look to them for any future cleaning service.
Wonderful people! We had them out to our house twice. The first time for an evaluation and estimate. Our new house was experiencing odors from the HVAC system. They did a thorough exam and told us that the ducts themselves were clean and wouldn't recommend it. After a year of trial and error on the system, a solution was found but the problem affected the air handler and fresh air supply. They came out and did a very thorough job. Their three technicians Ray, Joe, and Chris were exceptional. They explained every step and were cheerful, professional, and very conscientious. Thank you ABC Cleaning and Ed & Kerri Hearsey owners
Brady and Raffi did a great job of cleaning our dryer duct! Quick, effective and friendly service. I would definitely consider calling them out to do a larger job like A/C duct cleaning as well. We will definitely use ABC Cleaning again!
After being in Ohio all summer, our home down here in Orlando really needed cleaning. I wanted to surprise my wife and get our air ducts, floors and carpets cleaned before we got settled in. So I searched online for the best cleaning companies around and sure enough, ABC Cleaning came up. So I called em and they were able to schedule my home for the same day! They really did a stand-up job. And my wife was thrilled she didn't have to do any extra cleaning before getting unpacked. Thanks, I'll be using your company again! I highly recommend.
Joel and Rey did a terrific job. Very punctual and very informative. Not only they cleaned the air ducts, they provide great maintenance tips. Will definitely call them again and recommend. We called and they came the next day! very convenient.
This was my second time using ABC. Brady called and said they were running ahead of schedule. He and Joe came an hour early, worked quickly and efficiently. I couldn't determine what an odor from a specific room was. Joe told me it was my new curtains and gave me tips on how to get the odor out. It worked! lol! After the duct cleaning, I replaced my AC filter and discovered the keypad saying "System Malfunction". I called Brady. He and Pat came within an hour on a hot, muggy day to fix the situation. Two hours later the same thing happened. They came back...again in the midst of dinner time and a thunderstorm! Pat did a thorough check of the system and discovered a clogged valve. He cleaned it and got me back up and running. They were so gracious and willing to help, considering I have two small children and we are all under the weather, this meant a huge stress relief for me! ABC Cleaning is a solid company with honest and hard-working employees. Reliable, efficient and thorough are ways to describe this company. Hands down, I will use them again when the need calls and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Ed is also very helpful and accommodating, a sign of great leadership. Well done! I look forward to our next visit!

Tony and Joel came over and did the A/C Unit and Air Ducts, amazing service, these guys really know their stuff, showed me all of the issues and were professional and quick to take care of all of our concerns, would recommend them to everyone and calling ABC Cleaning Inc again when needed, worth the price man!
Just had my a/c system serviced, ducts and dryer vents cleaned, and a/c coil cleaned. The guys were punctual, polite, thorough, and efficient. They did an excellent job! After shopping around, I chose ABC Cleaning. I am extremely satisfied with the results, the price was great, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a/c work.
ABC Cleaning did a superior job both in their work and customer service. Once the initial work was done, our AC couldn't start due to water accumulation surrounding the AC's sensor. We called ABC after office hours and the owner of the company himself came to our house to assist us. Remember, all this occurred after office hours.

Kevin came out to clean our vents which could not be cleaned. The manager of the company called us personally to solve some confusion which he did really well. Made an appointment the day before for 10am-12pm. He came at exactly 10am, very professional and friendly. Completed my dryer vent cleaning in less than 30 minutes and meticulously cleaned up after himself. I won't ever pick another cleaning crew!!

I had a fire in my house and soot all in my air ducts, we call ABC Cleaning Inc. They got a crew out to us that day and cleaned our ducts, so we could stay in the house that nite.
